• How can I make a phone call with Voyze Anywhere?
  From the phone number associated to your account, dial the Voyze access number. The virtual operator will ask you to dial the number you would like to call followed by the pound sign (#). You will have to dial 011 + country code + city code + telephone number + pound sign (#).
• How can I put money in my Voyze Anywhere account?
  You can contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-257-7375, option 1 or go to any of our sales spots or Voyze Authorized Dealers.
• How can I find out the balance of my account?
  When you dial the Voyze access number, the virtual operator will inform you your balance before connecting the call. You can also contact our Customer Service Department or Billing Department at 1-866-257-7375, option 3.
• How can I change the associated phone number?
  You have to contact our Customer Service Department or Technical Support Department at 1-866-257-7375, option 2.
