  • How can I make a phone call with Voyze Everywhere?
    From the phone number associated to your account, dial the Voyze access number. The virtual operator will ask you to dial the number you would like to call followed by the pound sign (#). You will have to dial 011 + country code + city code + telephone number + pound sign (#).
  • How can I find out the minutes I used?
    You can check on the minutes you used 24 hours 7 days a week through our web site
    www.voyze.com, ‘My Account’. You have to register in www.voyze.com to get this service. The service ‘My Account’ is free for Voyze’s customers. If you do not have internet access, you can contact us at our Customer Service Department or Billing Department at 1-866-257-7375 and one of our representatives will help you.
  • How can I add, change or remove associated numbers?
    You have to contact our Customer Service Department or Technical Support Department at 1-866-257-7375, option 2.
  • How can I register in voyze.com?

    You have to contact our Customer Service Department or Billing Department at 1-866-257-7375, option 3.
  • What can I do if after dialing the access number the virtual operator asks me to enter a personal pin number?
    This situation happens when the associated number where you are calling from has the caller ID blocked. Our system does not recognize the number so you do not have access to the service. In order to enable the caller ID service, you will have to contact your land or mobile phone service provider. If you do not have the caller ID blocked on your associated number, then contact our Customer Service Department or Technical Support Department at 1-866-257-7375, option 3 in order to verify that the associated number is correctly entered in our system.
